Your healing has a root. Let’s find it so you feel better from the inside out.

Tired of being told your labs are normal while your body says otherwise? We help adults uncover the root causes behind digestive issues, low energy, and lingering symptoms so you can move from frustration to clarity and sustainable health.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to provide thoughtful, root-cause functional medicine care that empowers adults to better understand their bodies and reclaim their health. We are committed to listening deeply, addressing the underlying drivers of symptoms, and supporting sustainable well-being through personalized, evidence-informed care.

Bridging the Gap Between “Normal” and Optimal Health

You deserve more than being told everything looks fine when you still don’t feel well. Our functional medicine approach looks deeper to understand why symptoms persist and creates a personalized, long-term plan to support your whole body.

We focus on restoring:

Gut health and digestion

Resilient recovery

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Functional Medicine is a personalized, root-cause–focused approach to health. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, it looks at how lifestyle, nutrition, environment, genetics, gut health, hormones, and metabolism interact to influence chronic or recurring conditions. Care is individualized and often works alongside conventional medical treatment.

  • Yes. Functional Medicine is largely conversation- and data-driven. Virtual visits allow for in-depth discussion of your medical history, lifestyle patterns, and symptoms without the time constraints of a traditional clinic visit. For many chronic and metabolic concerns, this format is highly effective.

  • Your initial visit is a comprehensive 60–90 minute session. We review your health history, current concerns, medications and supplements, and goals. Together, we identify possible root contributors and determine appropriate next steps, which may include functional lab testing.

  • If testing is recommended, options may include at-home kits (such as stool, urine, or saliva tests) mailed directly to you, as well as blood tests performed at a local laboratory with a clinician-provided requisition. Results are reviewed in detail during follow-up visits and used to guide personalized recommendations.

  • There is no one-size-fits-all protocol. Nutrition and supplements may be recommended when appropriate to address specific imbalances or deficiencies. All recommendations are individualized, safety-reviewed, and adjusted based on your preferences, tolerance, and clinical response.

  • This practice is cash-only and does not accept or bill insurance.

By operating outside of insurance networks, we are able to offer longer visits, deeper clinical evaluation, and truly personalized care without coverage-driven restrictions.

We do not submit insurance claims or superbills. You may independently check with your HSA or FSA administrator regarding eligibility for reimbursement.

  • Timelines vary depending on your condition and consistency with care. Many patients begin noticing meaningful improvements within 3–6 months. Functional Medicine focuses on sustainable, long-term health rather than short-term symptom relief.
